- Separately, and more importantly: your goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. These rights apply for as long as the product can reasonably be expected to last — not just within the 30-day window.
